Times-Picayune Demolition
Durr executed the demolition of the Times-Picayune building, former home of The Times-Picayune | The New Orleans Advocate newspaper. The scope of work for this project, located in New Orleans, LA, included building demolition, foundation demolition, site and concrete flatwork removal, pile removal, and site grading. The demolition makes way for a commercial, an interactive driving range in which Durr installed the building pad for prior to its opening in 2024.
