Ochsner Select JV Rehab
Durr worked with Ochsner Health System and General Contractor Brasfield & Gorrie on the new Ochsner Rehabilitation Hospital in Old Jefferson. Durr’s scope of work on the $3.5M project included: asphalt and concrete demolition; asphalt paving; earthwork; installation of sewer, water, and drainage systems; as well as sidewalks, curbs and gutter, driveways, striping, signs and pavers. Durr also added driveways, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, asphalt milling and overlay, and water utility installation for River Road, Main Street, and Jefferson Highway as part of the overall area development. Located a few blocks down from Ochsner’s Main Campus on Jefferson Hwy., the Rehabilitation Hospital is part of Ochsner’s three-year, $360M expansion plan.
