Ochsner Health Center – Lake Terrace
Durr’s work on the new Ochsner Health Center – Lake Terrace site included utilities, drainage, and concrete paving, along with forming sidewalks and curbs. Durr utilized pervious concrete for this project, located at the corner of Robert E. Lee Blvd. and Paris Avenue in New Orleans. The new 50,000 square ft. facility will serve the New Orleans Lake Terrace neighborhood as a three-story medical clinic, providing Women’s Services, Pediatric Care, Imaging and Lab Services, and featuring an Urgent Care as well as Ochsner’s first Drive-Thru Pharmacy.
