Faubourg Brewery Co. New Orleans Facility
The century-old Faubourg Brewing Company, displaced by Hurricane Katrina, was purchased by Mr. & Mrs. Tom Benson in 2017. Formerly brewing out of Memphis, Tennessee, Faubourg Beer has returned to Louisiana – building its new home on a multi-acre site located in New Orleans East. Durr Heavy Construction’s scope of work on this project included demolition, along with new storm drainage, sanitary sewer, waterlines, and site prep for pavement and sidewalks. Durr also installed a lift station and surge tank for the sanitary sewer system that is a crucial part of the beer making process.
