Clara Street Parking
Durr acted as the General Contractor on the $200,000 Clara Street Parking Lot project for Corporate Realty and Physicians Realty Trust. Located on the 4000 block of Clara Street in New Orleans, LA, this site provides daily paid parking for employees of Ochsner Baptist Medical Center, the surrounding clinics, and to the public. The scope of work included earthwork, electrical, landscaping, and the installation of storm drainage systems. For this project, Durr installed TrueGrid pavers, a drainage retention-friendly alternative to concrete and asphalt. As with previous projects, Durr is proud to have utilized eco-friendly methods to aid our clients in complying with Article 23 of the New Orleans’ Water Plan.
