Robert “Robbie” Wooderson
Robert “Robbie” Wooderson was named Durr’s Chief Operations Officer in May 2015 after serving eleven years with the company. In this role, Wooderson is responsible for all project management and field operations, including field management, resource coordination, project planning/execution and other construction functions.
Wooderson had most recently served as Vice President of Operations since August 2014. Prior to that, he was a senior project manager for Durr, leading portions of construction and demolition projects for both commercial and government clients.
Wooderson has a broad range of capabilities and skills necessary to support firms in the planning and execution of projects, has demonstrated the ability to do field research, validate information, track commitments and manage subcontractors and vendors.
Wooderson has worked up the ladder to his current position, after working as an assistant project manager and then project manager. He holds a Construction Management degree from Louisiana State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from UNO.
Wooderson serves on the Board of Directors of the Associated Builders and Contractors New Orleans/Bayou Chapter and is a member of Louisiana Association of Business and Industry’s Emerging Leader’s Council.
Wooderson and his wife, Laura, have four children.
