Scope of Work:

This project consists of preparing a vacant lot for the construction of a three story assisted living facility and the associated site paving.  DHC's scope of work includes: furnish and install 900 linear feet of silt fencing for erosion control, 4,500 cubic yards of imported pumped river sand fill, 1700 linear feet of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) Pipe and RCP (Reinforced Concrete Pipe), 13 Catch Basin drainage structures, 1800 Square Yards of Geotextile Fabric, and 500 tons of Crushed Limestone bedding.
