It was a monumental challenge. This project consisted of completely gutting the interior of an existing twenty-story building leaving only elevators, stairs and exterior walls in tact.

Making this project unique was the fact that equipment could not be used, only manpower. Floors, ceilings, walls, stairwells, basements, electrical systems, mechanical systems and a rooftop-cooling tower were all removed by hand. All demolition debris had to be manually removed, placed in wheelbarrows and hauled to the ground by elevator.
