Scope of Work:

When HUD and their General Contractor began the redevelopment of the former C.J. Peete Housing Project, Durr was chosen to assist with the project.

Durr was responsible for handling the site preparation, underground utilities and paving of the 13 square block area.

Many challenges were faced while on the job site including unknown utility lines as well as working around the other 300+ employees that were on the site.

Once the project is completed, families will soon be able to call this site their home.
