SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive a tandem, tri-axle or trailer dump-bed truck to transport and deliver goods or materials in loose or packaged form.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive truck to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle in difficult situations, such as narrow passageways.

2. Inspect truck for defects before and after trips and submit report indicating truck condition to Truck Foreman.

3. Maintain necessary documents in vehicle at all times, such as fuel book, vehicle registration, Certificate of Insurance and Daily Inspection Log and Hazardous Communication Program .

4. May assist in loading and unloading of truck.

5. Cover, transport, and dump loose materials, such as sand, gravel, crushed rock or other materials.

6. Secure all documents to confirm delivery of receipt of material to job site.

7. Perform all other duties assigned by Truck Foreman/Equipment Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Class A/B Commercial Driver's License.

Clean driving record for past three (3) years.
