As the world watches the devastation caused by the earthquakes in Haiti, many of us remember what the citizens of the Gulf South faced after Hurricane Katrina.
As a way to offer assistance to those in need, Durr Heavy Construction has created a cookbook, RHINO: Recipes Homemade in New Orleans. There are over 400 pages of recipes and tips that were collected from Durr's employees, family and friends. As a special bonus, the "New Orleans Chefs" section has been included and features great recipes from Chef John Besh, Chef Matt Murphy, Chef Brian Landry and many more.
The best part is you can help Haiti with a small $20 donation and receive this great cookbook. All proceeds are being donated to Catholic Charities' Haiti relief efforts.
