Michael "Mike" Perrin
General Superintendent, North Shore
Michael “Mike” Perrin is one of those guys you know you can go to to get a job done right every time.
After graduating from Ponchatoula High School, Perrin started working for the State of Louisiana in the Department of Public Works as a Surveyor working mainly in Tangipahoa Parish.
Perrin would spend the next 18 years working for two large survey companies in Jefferson Parish, where he held the positions of Rodman, Surveyor and Party Chief.
In 1996, Perrin made the switched to the construction side of the business when he decided to join the Durr Heavy Construction team as a Superintendent. With his wealth of experience in surveying, he was a natural on the job site. He was promoted in February 2008 to North Shore General Superintendent, where he directs and coordinates the activities of all the North Shore team members, equipment, subcontractors and vendors to ensure that all the North Shore construction project are completed according to project specifications, schedule and budget.
In his off time, Perrin enjoys spending time with his family and raising Quarter Horses. He is married to his lovely wife Michelle and they have six children.
